Miami – South Beach

This is the Miami you picture when you hear it mentioned—beautiful sandy beaches and crystal blue waters. The Art Deco buildings are iconic, and the people-watching, shopping, and dining are unforgettable.

Miami – Mid Beach

Mid Beach has many of the attractions of South Beach and North Beach, while also boasting a thriving arts culture and diverse neighborhoods.

Miami – North Beach

Families flock to North Beach, with its plentiful outdoor activities and slower pace. The architecture is sleek Modernist.

Bal Harbour

Bal Harbour is located in the northern part of Miami Beach, and it is famous for its shopping and dining, as well as its gorgeous ocean views. Resorts are excellent here as well, so consider Bal Harbour if you are looking for relaxation.

Surfside

Surfside will make you feel like you are in a small town within the city of Miami. Home to many Jewish synagogues and delis, it has a cozy, retro feel. It also has lavish resorts and outstanding beaches, and the overall vibe is relaxing and welcoming.

Hialeah

Latin culture is on full display in Hialeah, home to the greatest percentage of Cuban Americans in the country. Don’t miss the cafecito!

Miami Design District

If you love art, make plans to visit the Miami Design District. In addition to galleries and boutiques, it has plentiful public art installations by well-known artists. You’ll want to save time to eat dinner at some of Miami’s best restaurants.

Historic Overtown

This section of Miami is rich in culture and history. During the Jim Crow era, Historic Overtown hosted legendary black musicians, artists, actors, and writers who were prohibited from staying in the resorts. Today, it is a place where the contributions of black Americans are celebrated and remembered. And the food is not to be missed!
